Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services we offer (including ResearchPilot, the "Service") operated by 翡翠の力合同会社 (JADEFORCE LLC, "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.

3. Description of Service

The Service is a tool that uses AI to help users generate reports, articles, and videos, and to assist with posting that content to external platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, mailing lists, etc.) that the user has connected.

Every post to an external platform requires the user's explicit confirmation on a preview screen. We do not perform fully-automated posting without user instruction.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to overload the Service
• Post content that violates the terms of connected platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Misrepresent the nature of AI-generated content to third parties
• Engage in any conduct we deem inappropriate

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if a connected platform reports a violation regarding your account.

6. Content Responsibility

1. You are solely responsible for any content generated or posted through the Service.
2. You warrant that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
3. You must verify the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content before posting.
4. We assume no liability for damages arising from AI-generated content (misinformation, policy violations, rights infringement, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. Content you generate through the Service is owned by you, subject to platform-specific terms of the destinations.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for damages arising from:

• Content posted through the Service
• AI-generated content errors or policy violations
• Service interruptions
• Third-party platform changes or unavailability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
