翡翠の力合同会社 (JADEFORCE LLC, "we", "us", or "our") operates the services we offer (including ResearchPilot, "the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Email address (at account registration)
- Name (optional)
- Identifiers for connected platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, mailing list, etc.)
1.2 Information from Connected Platforms
When you connect the Service to third-party platforms such as X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we obtain the following information through their APIs, strictly within the scope of your explicit consent:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
- Public profile information of the connected account (username, account ID)
- Information tied to the permission scopes required for posting
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- IP address
- Browser type and OS information
- Service usage logs (page access, operation history)
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service
- Posting content to external platforms as directed by you
- Preventing fraud and abuse
- Complying with applicable laws
- Responding to inquiries
- Statistical analysis for service improvement (in aggregate, non-identifiable form)
We do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose collected information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
- When posting content to external platforms (X, YouTube, etc.) at your direction
4. Platform-Specific Handling
4.1 X (formerly Twitter)
We use the X API to post tweets and threads on your behalf. Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted immediately when you disconnect.
4.2 YouTube
We use YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos to the channel you designate.
4.3 TikTok
We use the TikTok Content Posting API. Every post requires explicit confirmation from you on a preview screen — there is no fully-automated bulk posting.
4.4 Instagram / Facebook (Meta)
We use the Instagram Graph API to publish Reels. A Business Account is required. Preview confirmation works the same as TikTok.
4.5 Mailing List
We send emails only to users who have explicitly opted in. One-click unsubscribe is available in every email footer.
5. Data Security
We implement the following safeguards:
- Access control (least privilege)
- Encrypted communication (TLS 1.2 or higher)
- Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens
- Regular security audits
6. Your Rights
You may request:
- Disclosure of your personal information
- Correction, addition, or deletion
- Suspension of use
- Suspension of third-party disclosure
- Disconnection from connected platforms
- Account deletion

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
8. Retention Period

9. Cookies
We use cookies for login session management and usage analytics. We do not use third-party marketing cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some functions may become unavailable.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent and discover that your child has registered information with us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.
